Where are you located? How far do you travel?
We are located in the Macarthur Region, NSW.
We service our local areas, Southern Highlands, South Coast & Sydney.

Are there any travel costs?
A flat call-out fee covers travel within a 25km local radius. Additional travel fees may apply beyond this distance.

Do you travel for single bookings?
For bookings within a 25km radius, we’re delighted to accommodate single bookings. For locations beyond this radius, a minimum of 4 people is required.

Do I need to book a trial, when should it be scheduled, and where are you located?
Booking a trial is entirely personal preference.
Trials are usually booked 3–4 months before your wedding or event and run for 2 hours. I work independently and travel exclusively to you.

Trials allow us to get to know you and your hair, test styles and products, and discuss the finer details to ensure a seamless morning.

How much notice is required to book an appointment?
We recommend allowing at least 6 months notice, however availability cannot be guaranteed. If you have your event date confirmed, we encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking.
We’re unable to hold dates without a deposit, so this ensures your day is confirmed.
All deposits are deducted from your total on the day.

Do you have an assistant or second hairstylist?
This depends on the number of people in your booking and your required finish time. Any assistants or second hairstylists are organised by us.
Assistant / Second Hairstylist fee: starts from 80.00.

How long will you need to allow per person?
Roughly 45mins - 1 hour per person.

Do you supply Hair extensions?
No hair extensions are supplied by us, as of yet. You are welcome to provide your own. A $20 surcharge applies to allow for the additional styling time required.
All Buns & Sponging are provided at no extra costs.

Do I need to set up any other equipment before you arrive?
Not at all. A low-back chair, table and a wide space is absolutely perfect!

When should I wash my hair? Do you prefer it clean or dirty?
We recommend washing your hair the day or night before your appointment, unless you’re booked for a blow-dry only.

As everyone’s hair is different, prep may vary slightly — if you’re unsure, please feel free to ask.

How to wash:

  1. Shampoo and cleanse the scalp twice.

  2. Condition mid-lengths to ends only, then rinse thoroughly.

  3. A blow-dry is perfectly fine. *Please do not use any products or other heat appliances such as straightener or curling wands.
