Terms and Conditions Policy
Beyond Hair - Justine Maggio gives you the convenience of having your hair done in the comfort of your own space, providing you with exceptional customer care and quality of services.
We do not issue refunds. However, should you have any concerns or are not satisfied about the service we have provided, please notify us within 5 days of your service. With no additional charge, your hair will be visually inspected and we will make all efforts to correct any problems to your satisfaction.
Beyond Hair accepts both cash and EFT (electronic Fund Transfers).
We do not accept cards.
Eft payments are only to be either in advance or on the same day as your services.
Any late payments may be conducted a late payment penalty notice.
Failing to pay your overdue amount will be taken into further matter.
We understand the situations may arrive in which you cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide more than 24 hours notice. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that time slot. With cancelltions less than 24 hours we are unable to offer that slot to other people.
Appointments which are cancelled less that 24 hours may be subjected to a $50.00 cancellation fee or forfeit their deposit.
Clients who are absent upon my arrival without a call to cancel will be considered as absence. Clients who cancel more than three (3) times or more within 12 months, may be dismissed from Beyond Hair - Justine Maggio services. Clients who are absent upon my arrival may be subjected to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
The location and time of the booking cannot always be changed once the booking is confirmed. If changes occur, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please be aware there are multiple bookings in one day so we cannot guarantee we can change the times.
Booking Fee & Deposits
A deposit or booking fee is to ensure that your booking date is held and secured.
If your deposit has not been recieved by Beyond Hair - Justine Maggio we can not gaurantee that your date will be secured.
All deposits and payments are non refundable and non transferable.
All deposits are to be received within 2 weeks of the quotation sent.
Bridal parties or group bookings a deposit of $200.00 is required.
Regular services over $50.00, a deposit of $50.00 is required.
Public Holidays & Out Of Hours Surcharge
We are aware that everyone works specific hours. We try to accommodate every ones need throughout the week as best as we can.
As of your convenience, Beyond Hair - Justine Maggio is open 7 days a week (please see business hours in Contact tab).
If you wish to have your hair done on a public holiday or out of hour time slot, a 10% surcharge may incur.
Any photos taken by a member of Beyond Hair - Justine Maggio may be published on social media pages and website. We may also share photos from professional photographers from social media. Please notify us if you do not want them published. We respect your wishes.

Once Beyond Hair - Justine Maggio has completed your service, we would appreciate if you leave us a review or your feedback in a friendly matter.
If you have any suggestions on what you would like to see more of, contact us and let us know. We are open to all.
Travel/call out fees and any other out of pocket expenses such as assistance, parking, flights, accommodation etc, are additional and applicable to all services.
Please note that Beyond Hair - Justine Maggio will only travel out of NSW for 4 or more people.
Please note Beyond Hair - Justine Maggio will not travel for male clients as for safety regulations.
Male clients who wish to receive a haircut or colour whilst we are servicing their partners/wives hair at the same time, may be achievable. Please let us know in advance.
